Note:

If the Account remains inactive for two (2) years, a monthly service charge of Php50.00 will be imposed at the beginning of the first month. Service Fee of Php50.00 shall be charged to accounts closed within 30 days from its opening. Interest on Savings does not count as a transaction or movement of the account; thus, the account is still subject to dormancy.
